TERMS AND CONDITIONS


CH Pastelaria e Restauração Lda, NIF 509256023, is responsible for the online sale of pastry products through the platform confeitariacale.pt.

A user is any person over the age of 18 who registers on the platform. confeitariacale.pt.

1. USER REGISTRATION

To place an order, the user has to fill in a form on the platform confeitariacale.pt by providing some personal data so that the order, delivery and collection can be carried out properly.

User data will be protected in accordance with the Data Protection Act (see our privacy policy and cookies).

2. ACCEPT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To proceed with the order and payment, the user must accept our "Terms and Conditions".

3. SITE CONTENTS

CH Pastelaria e Restauração Lda is responsible for all content on the platform confeitariacale.pt and reserves the right to modify any content, photos, videos, prices, methods and processes without prior notice to its users.

4. ORDERS

To place an order through the platform confeitariacale.pt the user must register correctly, add the products of their choice to the basket, choose the payment method and the shipping address.

A confirmation message will be sent to the email address registered by the user, together with the order number.

5. PRICES

These prices are made by CH Pastelaria e Restauração Lda, and we reserve the right to modify or adjust them without prior notice to users. Orders already placed will not be adjusted.

The price in question already includes Value Added Tax (VAT) at the legal rate in force in the country of origin (Portugal) and the European Union.

6. PAYMENT AND SECURITY

Please note that purchases made on the confeitariacale.pt is safe.

Payment can be made by one of these methods: ATM reference, PayPal, credit card or MBWay.

Once payment has been confirmed, the order will be placed.

With the ATM reference method, the user will have 48 hours to actually make the payment, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

7. DELIVERY

The order will be delivered to the address chosen by the user.

8. RETURN POLICY
