Together with students from IPLeiria, we have launched Rendas Doces biscuits in order to pay homage to the whole bobbin lace tradition. These tasty biscuits incorporate nutritious macroalgae in their dough and a coating that replicates the texture of lace threads. They are available in three flavours: caramel with fleur de sel, lime and ginger.
